In Vamamarga Tantra Sadhanas, Panch Makar has been specially mentioned and considered important, especially at the experimental level of Sadhana.
✓✓ Panch Makar are,
Fish, meat, alcohol, mudra and sex,
Mental renunciation and detachment from worldly matters are necessary in Panch Makar. Their specific meaning is -
✓ #Fish -
- Sperm which resides in the semen in the form of fish, in the testicles of a man. Sperm are stimulated by yoga activities, asanas, pranayama, bandh and mudra etc., due to which it enters the subtle nadis.
- Sperm converts yogic power into self power and then into Brahma power. Sperm is the basis for awakening the Kundalini Shakti, for its use after awakening.
✓ #Meat -
M + Ansh
- It is the entrance, part, of Maharlok, the heart/Anahata Chakra.
- Sushumna subtle nerve is filled with flesh at its origin. The fire element awakens in the Manipura Chakra and this fire pierces the Vishuddhi Chakra in the throat to enter the head. The yogi is filled with the smell of burning raw flesh at this entry path/gate.
✓ #Madya -
M + T (D) + Y
- M is Maharlok, Anahat Chakra. Here the air element is special. 'Y' is the seed letter. T is singular. Here Prana Sandhana is done with only one external Keval-Kumbhaka Pranayama. The yogi attains Prana-Jay Siddhi.
- Prana-Jay Siddhi is the basis for many other siddhis, even for the Ashtamaha Siddhis. Freedom from wandering in 84 lakhs of births also provides Pran-Jai Siddhi. In fact, salvation is dependent on this Siddhi.
✓ #Mudra -
There are special mudras in Yoga/Tantra, which are operated by Asana and Pranayama.
- Chaitanya Yoga Mudras -
Ashwini/Shakti Chalini, Maha Mudra, Maha Bandha (Mool, Uddiyaan, Jalandhar), Mahavedh, Shambhavi, Viparitakarani, Vajroli, Amroli, Sahajoli etc.
- Raja Yoga Mudras -
Khechari, Gochari, Dikchari, Bhuchari, Chanchari, Agochari, Unmani etc.
✓ #Maital -
- In the practice of left-way Tantra Vidya, the woman is the helper for the male Sadhak. Shivlinga is the symbol of the pair of Shiva-Shakti, the form of Ardhanarishwar. That is,
- The union of Purusha and Prakriti is the basis of creation, operation and disintegration. Here Purusha is the conscious form, Nirguna and formless and Prakriti is Shakti form, Siddhi form, reflection of all methods and actions.
✓✓ #Shrividya -
- The ultimate dimension/goal of Yoga-Tantra spiritual practice is the research of Bindu. Shrividya approves the left path and in Vedic culture, the sages also used to marry for this purpose.
- Shreem is the cooty seed syllable, from which Kreem and Hreem appear. The emergence of desire (Shreem) in the Nirguna Bindu, the emergence of the knowledge/siddhi related to it (Kreem) and its transformation into practical form (Hreem), this is the ultimate position for the Sadhak.
- The left path Tantra releases spiritual practice in the form of Kameshwar-Kameshwari. Here Tripur Sundari Lalita manifests automatically, in the form of supernatural siddhis, for the enjoyment of the seeker. This is called Rajrajeshwari Vidya, Sri Vidya, which is Brahma Vidya itself.
✓ Conclusion
* Awakening of Kundalini Shakti, upward movement of sperm, rising of Sushumna Nadi from Manipur Chakra and manifestation of conscious self-illumination in Anahat Chakra in the head. This is the first dimension/goal for the left tantra seeker.
* The second dimension/goal is to stabilize the conscious self-soul in a particular position, such as Siddha, Indra, Rudra, Vishnu, etc. and enjoy the powers related to those positions.
* The third dimension/goal is to enter the Agya Chakra and Sahasrar without any desire, without settling on the position, without any belief, attachment, resolution, and realize the point, supreme bliss, void/completeness.
* The best thing in Vedic culture and civilization is Brahma Vidya, an extension of which is Sri Vidya with Pancha Makar.Yantra-Mantra Tantra Gemstones and Sadhna Experiment Tantric Vidyas Secrets
