Brother “ERADI’ SPEAKS IN MUMBAI ON 8-6-2011
“ERADI” brothers, are the contemplary Mandir singers from gold old days of Bhagavan Baba .
Along with Brother Raja Reddy, and Brother Mohan Rao, Eradi brothers were the favorite singers of Swami. Now that Sri. Raja Reddy and Sri Mohan Rao, are no more with us, the old link is still being maintained by Eradi brothers. Along with the Students of Swami college, these brothers were singing Bhajans in Divine presence all these days. They have their fixed slots, along with the other lead singers in Prashanthi Nilayam.
Since from their younger days, they were regular visitors and singers, they had several occasions for close contacts with Bhagavan and also interactions. Swami used to directly give them directions.
Sri. Kriahnadas Eradi, the elder brother is presently in Mumbai on a personal visit. The devotees from Borivali, Mumbai were most fortunate to have him with them for two consecutive days on the 7th and 8th June. Apart from singing their most favorite Bhajans, He was kind enough to narrate several incidents of personal interactions with Bhagavan. I am pleased to share with you one such Divine incident which was narrated by him.
Long back, Eradi brothers and Mr. Mohan Rao were called for an unexpected interview. Mr. Mohan Rao, who was employed in Railways, was living in Chennai. He took courage to ask Bhagavan, whether he can ask Swami a question. With Divine permission, he dared to ask.
“Swami, while in Prashanthi NIlayam, I am singing Bhajans, and I am fortunate to look at Bhagavan directly and enjoy the bliss while singing. But back in our home, we are singing only in front of your Photograph. We are still believing and feel Swami’s presence in our home.”
Bhagavan replied: “You always feel happy to provide a Jasmine garland on my photo before commencement of Bhajans in your home. 6 years ago, one day it was raining very heavily in Chennai and the entire traffic were dislocated. Your flower man did not turn up. You were hesitant to chant the “OM” indicating commencement of Bhajan. You were worried about the blank photo of Swami without Jasmine garland. At the nick of moment, an old man came to your home, and delivered the garland. You were able to place garland in time and also commence Bhajan at the stipulated time.
Now, who do you think that old man was? In fact, I knocked at your door and delivered the Jasmine garland!!!!”
Sri Krishnadas Eradi, referred to many such Divine experiences, in the good old days.
